A clear process. A shared focus on better results.
Our approach is designed to be practical, transparent and considerate of the demands on busy medical practices.
How we work with your practice
We work collaboratively with each practice to understand its current processes, review relevant activity and support practical, appropriate improvements.
Understand
Discuss the practice, its workflows and the agreed scope of work.
Review
Review agreed active files, correspondence and relevant medical activity.
Identify
Identify documentation considerations, workflow gaps and opportunities to improve consistency.
Support
Work with administration and practice management to support clear processes and appropriate follow-through.
Improve
Provide practical guidance to support efficient, consistent and sustainable processes over time.
Clear terms. Fees aligned with successful receipts.
For eligible engagements, our receipt-linked arrangement means agreed consultancy fees become payable only after the medical centre receives payment for the relevant services. This provides a practical way to access professional support without upfront consultancy fees for those services.
Our engagements are designed to provide practical, proportionate support that complements the work of the practice's clinical and administrative teams.
The applicable scope, fee basis, payment triggers, responsibilities and any exclusions are confirmed in writing before work begins. Other consultancy services may be subject to separate fee arrangements.
Agreed scope
CompSight: Defined consultancy services and deliverables.
Medical centre: Clear responsibilities and agreed points of contact.
Each engagement is governed by its written agreement. Billing decisions and submissions remain subject to applicable requirements and the medical centre's usual approval processes.
Accuracy, transparency and appropriate billing come first.
Accuracy, transparency and appropriate billing are central to our approach. Any billing activity should be supported by relevant clinical records, service requirements and applicable scheme rules. CompSight does not determine clinical decisions or guarantee insurer acceptance or payment.
